Who is on site — let a foreman see the crew and clock people out
Admins can mark a user as Foreman. They get Who is on site: see who's clocked in, clock someone out at a chosen time, and add a missing phone — without a full admin login.
The site office needs to know who is on the job. The person already on the ground often knows first — and they're the ones who notice when someone forgot to clock out or left their number off the record.
SiteClockr now has Who is on site, plus a Foreman flag on Users. A trusted worker can open the live crew list from their phone without getting the rest of the admin tools.
What Who is on site shows
Admins already had a “currently clocked in” count on the dashboard. Who is on site is the full list: who is in, which site, and how long they've been there.
It's the same page for an admin and a foreman — each organisation only sees its own crew.
What a foreman can do
Clock someone out at a time they choose, when a worker left without tapping out. Tell the office stays an option if they just need to pass a message.
If the employee has no phone number on file, they can add it from that page so the next call isn't a hunt through the van.
How admins assign it
On Users, tap Make Foreman for the people you trust on the gate. Remove Foreman takes the access away just as quickly. It is not the same as making them an admin or a supervisor.
